Info

“Circle” is an anthem for those Monday-level-life-moments—when everything’s a mess, and reaching out for help somehow makes it worse. It’s that frustrating dance with life, where no matter how hard you push, you just keep spinning in the same circle. The chorus hits like a battle cry, capturing that relentless fight against the chaos.
But there’s a flicker of resilience in the bridge—a reminder that even when life knocks you down, you still get back up, ready to throw another punch… just to end up back in the circle. It all culminates in a wall of monstrous guitar solos and one last, defiant chorus—a sonic nod to the beauty and madness of life itself.
The Dialogue is an indie band from Southwest Florida, blending rock, pop, blues, and R&B into a sound that’s both fresh and familiar. Fronted by songwriters Angela Galestro (lead vocals, piano, synth/keys, flutes) and Paul Cuevas (vocals, piano, rhythm guitar), with Jonathan Smith (lead guitar), Cameron Kayne (bass), and Aaron Nix (drums), the band crafts raw, high-energy music rooted in honest storytelling and emotional depth.

Lyrics
Monday getting up
Already don’t want to start
Living this routine
Draining me daily
Taking away
I’m tired of the taking away
Bust my ass 9 to 5
Getting through
To just get by
Wanting more out of life
But it just takes mine
All of the time
So I pick up the phone
Just to call and say hello
But it doesn’t go that way...
And we’re going down, down
Over and over again
Never knowing when, when
Someone will be blown away
Who will strike the first blow
It could come from anywhere
Fighting in a circle, in a circle, in a circle
Day bleeds into night
Still don’t see the end in sight
Doing everything I can
Never seem to catch up
Barely even keeping up
Running on empty
Doesn’t matter pushing on
Not complaining
I’m just saying
Is this the life I wanted to live
So I pick up the phone
Just to call and say hello
But it doesn’t go that way...
And we’re going down, down
Over and over again
Never knowing when, when
Someone will be blown away
Who will strike the first blow
It could come from anywhere
Fighting in a circle, in a circle, in a circle
Blow by blow
Getting counted out
Back on my feet
For another round
Coming in fast
With a one, two punch
Can’t keep me down
Keep me down
And we’re going down, down
Over and over again
Never knowing when, when
Someone will be blown away
Who will strike the first blow
It could come from anywhere
Fighting in a circle, in a circle, in a circle
